I believe that the body is highly adaptable to a receptive regimen of exercise. That’s one of the reasons I keep exercise fun and dynamic. I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, swimming, kayaking, mountain-biking, rollerblading, jetskiing, snowmobiling and riding my Harley. I enjoy working with people of all ages from the young to the young at heart. I am passionate about helping those who are interested in living longer, stronger and healthier lives with more energy and less aches and pains.

The most important thing is to get my clients to reach their goals. Whether it’s loosing weight, sculpt and tone, relieve pain with corrective exercise, or just to to lead a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy teaching clients the function of working out using different workout methods and equipment. A few of the techniques my clients enjoy include bands, TRX, boxing and kickboxing.

Brian’s specialities are weight loss and pain reduction though corrective exercise as well as borrowing methods from physical therapy, massage therapy, energy healing, ELDOA, and Rolfing.
The body is way more complicated than calories in-calories out and should be treated as such to get you the results you are looking for without causing long-term metabolic damage or gaining the weight back after going off a calorie restricted diet.
